Boomkwekerij Akkermans is a family business specialising in growing avenue trees. We do this in Oosterhout on 40 hectares of our own land. Green fingers are in our genes. For five generations.<\/p>\n

Winter months<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • pruning trees to keep them in top condition<\/li>\n
  • preparing orders: sold trees are loaded by crane onto a trailer and then transferred to trucks<\/li>\n
  • work in our shed: pruning small trees that we later replant in the nursery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

    A day with us is never the same! You work in the open air while enjoying nature. Depending on the season, your duties will be as follows:<\/p>\n

    Summer months<\/h2>\n

    • installing bamboo canes and tying up newly planted trees<\/li>\n
    • pruning trees and ensuring healthy growth<\/li>\n
    • And many more varying tasks!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
